We are looking for people to join our motivated and supportive team that mentors and empowers our employees, is committed to customer success, and collaborates to develop sustainable stormwater solutions customized to fit each client’s goals and needs.  All positions are work-from-home positions. The positions may, however, require occasional travel to job sites and agency offices. Applicants must therefore reside in Washington State.

Stormwater Design Mid-Level Engineer

  • 5+ years of experience working on stormwater or water resources engineering projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering 
  • Professional Engineer License (PE) in Washington State or the ability to obtain a license in Washington State within six months of being hired
  • Experience creating, updating, and reviewing hydraulic and hydrologic models
  • Experience with AutoCAD and ArcGIS/QGIS
  • Washington State or North Idaho resident or the ability to become a resident within one year of being hired
  • Full-time or part-time remote position in Washington State

Compliance & Planning Mid-Level Engineer or Environmental Planner

  • 5+ years of experience working on stormwater or water resources engineering projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, environmental sciences, or comparable degree
  • Experience developing written comprehensive plans or manuals, and conducting permit compliance evaluations
  • Washington State or North Idaho resident or the ability to become a resident within one year of being hired
